INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Tbsp PBfit Pumpkin Spice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 Tbsp instant espresso powder

DIRECTIONS

    Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until desired consistency is reached. Pour into a glass, and top with some extra pumpkin pie spice (if desired).

    If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more milk. If the smoothie is too thin, add more ice, then blend again.
