2 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 cups Oatsome oatmilk
1 cup pumpkin puree
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup PBfit Pumpkin Spice
¼ cup maple syrup
1 pinch of salt
3 Tbsp PBfit Pumpkin Spice
3/4 cup yogurt
¼ cup maple syrup
½ cup pecans

1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. In a large bowl, combine the Oatsome oat milk, pumpkin puree, egg, vanilla, baking powder, PBfit Pumpkin Spice, maple syrup, and salt. Using a whisk, mix the mixture until well combined.
3. Add the oats into a 9x9 inch baking dish and pour the wet mixture over top. Stir to combine oats and liquid.
4. Place in the oven for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
5. To prepare frosting combine the PBfit Pumpkin Spice, maple syrup, and yogurt together in a small bowl and stir till smooth.
6. Spread frosting over warm oats and sprinkle with pecans. Serve warm.
