INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup PBfit Pumpkin Spice
- 2 cups vanilla greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup granola of choice
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

To make the yogurt layer, combine the vanilla yogurt, pumpkin, PBfit pumpkin spice powder and cinnamon. Blend until smooth.

Use 2 cups to build the yogurt parfaits. Start by adding a layer of granola on the bottom of each cup. Top the granola with a layer of yogurt, and another layer of granola until cups are filled up.

Finish by sprinkling the remaining granola on top of each cup and dust with PBfit pumpkin spice powder if desired.
