INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Tbsp PBfit Classic
  • chopped unsalted peanuts for garnish (optional)
  • 1 cup non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp coconut oil
  • flaky sea salt for garnish (optional)

DIRECTIONS

    Mix yogurt and PBfit Classic together in the yogurt container or a small bowl.

    Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high in 15-second intervals, stirring after each, until the chocolate is melted and smooth (about 45 to 60 seconds total).

    Pour over the yogurt mixture and spread evenly to cover. Garnish with peanuts and/or salt, if desired. Freeze for 10 minutes or refrigerate for 30 minutes, until the chocolate is set.
