    Finely slice down the middle of each date lengthways, cutting about half way down the date and gently open by pulling apart and remove inner pit if needed and discard.

    Spoon PBfit peanut butter protein spread into the date.*Works best if the peanut butter has been stored in the fridge.

    Break dark chocolate into smaller pieces and stick chocolate into the middle of each date.

    Sprinkle with a small pinch of sea salt.

    Refrigerate for 15 minutes if desired to firm up peanut butter.
