INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup PBfit Classic
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup quick oats
  • 1/3 cup half and half or milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or coating chocolate
  • About 32 small pretzels

DIRECTIONS

    Mix PBfit powder, quick oats, and powdered sugar in a medium bowl and combine. Add milk of choice and mix until a smooth dough forms—shape dough into 1/2 inch balls.

    Place each ball between 2 pretzels and gently press together.

    Refrigerate for 5 minutes while you are melting the chocolate.

    Melt chocolate in the microwave in short bursts until smooth and melted.

    Dip each pretzel sandwich in chocolate to cover half.
