Ingredients
- 12 oz silken tofu
- 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 6 oz chocolate chips, melted
- 2 Tbsp sweetener of choice
- 1 tsp instant coffee powder
- A splash of milk if pudding is a little thick
Directions
- Carefully melt the chocolate on the stovetop or microwave.
- Drain the tofu and let it come to room temperature.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- Add a splash of milk if the pudding is too thick.
- Pour into ramekins.
- Refrigerate until firm, and store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to five days.
