INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Tbsp tbsp PBfit Cocoa
  • 6 oz chocolate chips, melted
  • 2 Tbsp sweetener of choice
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 12 oz silken tofu
  • A splash of milk if pudding is a little thick
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp instant coffee powder

DIRECTIONS

    Carefully melt the chocolate on the stovetop or microwave.

    Drain the tofu and let it come to room temperature.

    Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.

    Add a splash of milk if the pudding is too thick.
