Peanut Butter Banana Clusters
INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup PBfit Protein Peanut Butter Spread
- 1 3/4 cups dark chocolate chips
- coarse sea salt for sprinkling, optional
- 2 ripe bananas sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil, optional

In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and PBfit Peanut Butter Protein Spread and mix until smooth. Slice bananas and lay 4 circles together on a parchment -lined tray, repeating until bananas are all together in clusters. Spread the yogurt mixture on top of each banana cluster, drizzle with a little more PBfit Peanut Butter Protein Spread, and sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Place in the freezer until frozen, about 1 hour.

Once the clusters are frozen, add the chocolate and coconut oil to a shallow bowl. Microwave for 45 seconds and then stir. Continue to microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring after each one, until the chocolate has melted.

Remove the baking tray from the freezer. Spoon chocolate over each cluster, and if desired, sprinkle with a little more chopped peanuts and salt. When done, return to the freezer immediately to finish letting the chocolate harden. Enjoy your Peanut Butter Banana Clusters!
