INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup PBfit Classic
  • 2 ripe bananas, peeled and frozen
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • Toppings: raspberry Jam, roasted peanuts, peanut butter, and wafer cookies

DIRECTIONS

    Add ingredients to the blender.

    Blend until smooth and creamy. Note: Adjust the amount of liquid as needed. If you want it to be super thick and creamy, try to use the least amount of liquid possible. If you have a high-powered blender. You can get by with no liquid at all.
