INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup protein pancake mix
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup milk (Fairlife)
  • 1 scoop protein powder of choice
  • 2 Tbsp PBfit Classic

DIRECTIONS

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    In a bowl combine all ingredients and stir until combined and smooth.

    Scoop batter into mini muffin pans that have been lightly grease.

  4. 4

    Bake for 20 minutes or until done, test by touching the top of pancake and it springs back.

    Remove from oven, cool slightly and remove from pan.

    Serve with desired toppings.
