INGREDIENTS
- 2 Tbsp PBfit Cocoa
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 scoops chocolate protein powder
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 2 Tbsp mini chocolate chips
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
- Pinch of salt

In a food processor add the cottage cheese, maple syrup, PBfit chocolate powder, cocoa, chocolate protein powder, almond flour, salt and vanilla extract.

Blend until smooth. Scoop batter into a bowl. Fold in chocolate chips. Then top with additional chocolate chips if desired. Chill 10 to 15 minutes if desired.
