INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup PBfit Protein Peanut Butter Spread
  • 4 ground beef 80/20 patties
  • 8 strips bacon cooked
  • sliced tomatoes
  • lettuce washed and leafed
  • 4 hamburger buns toasted and buttered
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup red onions

    Before cooking the patties, prepare the burger toppings and ensure that they are readily available for quick assembly.

    Season both sides of the patties with salt and pepper.

    Heat the grill to 450 degrees. Once the grill is hot, place the hamburger patties on the bbq. Cook until the juices start to seep up through, then flip. (3-5 minutes per side)

    To assemble, place lettuce and red onion on a toasted, buttered bun. Next, add the patty, place two slices of bacon, and pour PBfit Protein Peanut Butter Spread over the patty and top with a bun.
