INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup PBfit No Sugar Added
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp cacao or cacao powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup peanuts

DIRECTIONS

    Mash 3/4 of the banana and mix with all the ingredients except peanuts in a bowl.

    Split mixture between two 12oz mason jars or containers, and chill in fridge overnight (or at least 4 hours).

    In the morning add more milk to desired consistency. Mix in and top with peanuts and remaining 1/4 banana, sliced.
