Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup milk of choice
Directions
- Mash banana and add all ingredients into bowl.
- Add milk last.
- Stir until ingredients are well combined.
- Place into sealed jar or container in fridge to set overnight.
- Optional: top with bananas or fruit of choice and PBfit spread (PBfit mixed with water).
