
PB Banana Easter Eggs
INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 cup PBfit Classic
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 banana sliced
- 1 cup chocolate chips melted
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- sea salt for sprinkling
DIRECTIONS

Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil.

In a medium bowl combine PBfit Classic with heavy cream and stir until creamy and light, you may need to add a bit more heavy cream if needed if the mixture is too dry.

Line the bottom of your egg molds with chocolate and place in freezer to set for about 10 minutes.

Remove egg molds from freezer and add a tablespoon of the PBfit mixture to the bottom of the egg and top with a slice of banana. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and layer with another layer of the PBfit mixture if your egg molds are deep enough. Place in freezer to set for about 5 minutes.

Remove the filled eggs from freezer and top with remaining melted chocolate and place back in freezer until set about 15 minutes.

Remove chocolate eggs from molds and keep frozen or refrigerated.
