INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup PBfit Classic
- 1 premade graham cracker pie crust
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- crushed graham crackers and toasted peanuts (to garnish)
- 16 oz heavy cream, whipped
- 1 cup whipped heavy cream (to garnish)
- 1 cup powdered sugar

In a medium sized mixing bowl whip whipping cream and set aside.

In a medium sized mixing bowl cream together the cream cheese and PBfit Original until smooth using a hand mixer. Add in the powdered sugar and mix until combined. Fold in heavy cream and just until the mixture is smooth and fluffy. Do not over mix. Scoop into the prepared pie crust. Let chill for at least 1 hour before serving. Garnish with whipped cream and topping of choice.
