INGREDIENTS
- 360 g milk of choice
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 16 grams PBfit Classic
- 8 grams white chocolate sugar free pudding mix
- 5 grams allulose or monk fruit sweetene
- 1 tsp xanthan gum
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- PBfit Magic Chocolate Shell:
- 2 Tbsp chocolate chips no sugar add
- 2 Tbsp PBfit Classic
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- 2 Tbsp chopped roasted peanuts for topping

To prepare protein ice cream base add your milk, protein powder, PBfit Classic, pudding mix, sweetener, xanthan gum, salt and vanilla extract to Creami container and whisk until smooth and combined.

Transfer to freezer and freeze for 12 hours or overnight.

Remove from freezer and follow manufacture directions for spinning ice cream into soft serve.

To make the PBfit magic topping place chocolate chips and coconut oil into a microwave safe bowl and microwave until melted and smooth. Stir in PBfit classic until smooth.

Swirl Protein Ice Cream into ice cream cones or cups and drizzle PBfit magic shell over top and sprinkle with peanuts if desired.
