Ingredients
- Top layer ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup PBfit No Sugar Added
- Bottom layer ingredients:
- 1/2 cup cacao powder or cocoa powder
- 2/3 cup coconut oil (melted)
Directions
- Mix PBfit No Sugar Added and cacao powder with the melted coconut, stir till combined.
- Scoop into desired molds.
- Let chill for 15 minutes in freezer. While chilling prepare the ingredients for the top layer.
- Mix PBfit No Sugar Added with the melted coconut, stir till comb
- Remove the molds from the freezer and top with the top layer of PBFit mixture.
- Let chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or until set.
- Remove from the fridge and let warm slightly before eating. Keep Refrigerated or Frozen until ready to serve.
