Ingredients
- 1 cup PBfit No Sugar Added
- 4-5 Tbsp Water
- 1/4 cup sweetener of choice
- 4 Tbsp sweetener of choice
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Combine PBfit, coconut flour, and sweetener and stir to combine.
- Add water and continue to mix till a soft dough forms.
- Scoop into desired sizes.
- Combine cinnamon and sweetener in a small bowl .
- Roll protein balls in the cinnamon mixture.
- Refrigerate to firm up. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
