Ingredients
- ⅔ cup water
- 8 oz tub of non-dairy whipped topping, light
- Topping:
- ½ cup PBfit Sugar-Free
- ⅓ cup water
- PBfit for dusting
Directions
- Whisk peanut butter powder with the water till smooth.
- Fold the peanut butter mixture into the whipped topping.
- Scoop, or pipe into muffin cups and freeze
- Optional: Prepare more PBfit and pipe or drizzle on top of each one and dust with more PBfit
