INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/4 cups PBfit Peanut Flour Baking Blend
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup tightly packed dark brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup pastel chocolate coated pieces
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 tsp baking soda

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease and line a 9x9-inch pan with parchment paper.

Whisk together the melted butter and sugar in a bowl. Add the egg and vanilla extract and whisk to combine.

Add the PBfit Peanut Flour Baking Blend, baking soda, baking powder, and salt, and mix it all together.

Spread batter into the pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle candy-coated pieces on top and gently press into the batter. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a tester inserted into the center comes out clean.
