INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/4 cups PBfit Peanut Flour Baking Blend
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup tightly packed dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup pastel chocolate coated pieces
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

    Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease and line a 9x9-inch pan with parchment paper.

    Whisk together the melted butter and sugar in a bowl. Add the egg and vanilla extract and whisk to combine.
