INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Tbsp tbsp PBfit Classic
  • 1 (5.3 oz) container vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries

DIRECTIONS

    Add yogurt and almond milk to a medium bowl and stir until well combined and creamy. Stir in chia seeds, and oats. Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge for at least three hours or overnight.

    Once ready to assemble, grab two 12-ounce mason jars. Add a little PBfit to the bottom of the jar. Fill each jar halfway full with oat mixture, then add a tablespoon of PBfit followed by a sprinkle of fresh blueberries to each jar. Top with remaining oats, PBfit, and berries, then cover and place in the fridge for later.
