SUGARED PUMPKIN SPICED PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
White Chocolate Covered Pretzel Sticks
|1 cup white chocolate chips melted|
|1 package large pretzel sticks pretzels|
|¼ cup red and blue candy sprinkles (optional)|
|½ cup PBfit Protein Peanut Butter Spread for dipping|
Melt white chocolate in the top of a double boiler, stirring constantly.
Dip the pretzel halfway into the white chocolate, completely covering half of the pretzel. Roll in topping or sprinkle with toppings if desired, and lay on wax paper.
Continue the process until all of the white chocolate is finished. Place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to harden. Dip in PBfit Protein Peanut Butter Spread and enjoy!
