White Chocolate Covered Pretzel Sticks
Sugared Pumpkin Spiced Peanut Butter Cookies
|1 cup unsalted butter|
|1 cup PBfit peanut butter spread|
|1 cup white sugar|
|1 cup packed brown sugar|
|2 large eggs|
|1/2 cup PBfit pumpkin spice|
|2 cups all-purpose flour|
|1 tsp baking powder|
|1/2 tsp salt|
|1 1/2 tsp baking soda|
|1 cup sugar|
|1-2 tsp pumpkin pie spice depending on how much spice you like|
1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. Cream butter, peanut butter, and sugars together in a bowl; beat in eggs.
3. In a separate bowl, sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; stir into butter mixture.
4. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and roll into spiced sugar, put on baking sheets. Flatten each ball with a fork, making a crisscross pattern. Bake in a preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until cookies begin to brown.
5. Let cool and enjoy!
