White Chocolate Covered Pretzel Sticks
Sugared Pumpkin Spiced Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter | |
1 cup PBfit peanut butter spread | |
1 cup white sugar | |
1 cup packed brown sugar | |
2 large eggs | |
1/2 cup PBfit pumpkin spice | |
2 cups all-purpose flour | |
1 tsp baking powder | |
1/2 tsp salt | |
1 1/2 tsp baking soda | |
Rolling sugar: | |
1 cup sugar | |
1-2 tsp pumpkin pie spice depending on how much spice you like |
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. Cream butter, peanut butter, and sugars together in a bowl; beat in eggs.
3. In a separate bowl, sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; stir into butter mixture.
4. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and roll into spiced sugar, put on baking sheets. Flatten each ball with a fork, making a crisscross pattern. Bake in a preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until cookies begin to brown.
5. Let cool and enjoy!
