1/4 cup PBfit Sugar-Free SHOP NOW
1 cup roasted salted peanuts
2 Tbsp Virgin coconut oil
14 ounces sugar-free white chocolate chips

Add the coconut oil to a microwave-safe bowl. Heat for 45 seconds till fully melted and warm. Stir in the PBfit to the coconut oil and stir till fully dissolved and not lumpy. In another bowl melted the white chocolate chips in the microwave until melted. Stir into the melted chocolate the coconut peanut oil mixture and peanuts all at once stir quickly till incorporated. Do not over stir or chocolate may become grainy.
Add the mixture to a parchment-lined tray or plate (choose a size that will fit in your refrigerator or freezer).
Freeze for 15 minutes or Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Cut with a sharp knife or dough cutter.
