4 flour tortillas
1 cup PBfit Powder
½ cup water
4 bananas
Shredded coconut
Crushed almonds

Mix PBfit and water together. Spread a layer of PBfit evenly over the inside of one tortilla. Place the whole banana on one end and roll up the tortilla with the PBfit and banana inside. Once the tortilla is rolled up, spread a thin layer of PBfit on top of the sushi roll and top with your favorite toppings. Cut into 8 even pieces with a serrated knife.
