PBfit Spider and Mummy Cookies

Ingredients

12 already baked chocolate cookies
6 pieces of black licorice cut into small strips for spider legs
Halloween sprinkles
Candy eyepieces
Chocolate PBfit Frosting
2 Stick butter
3 ½ cups powdered sugar
½ cup chocolate PBfit powder
3 Tbsp Cocoa powder
4-5 Tsp heavy cream or milk

Directions

FROSTING INSTRUCTIONS: ⠀
1. In an extra-large bowl beat 1 cup softened butter with a mixer on medium speed 1 to 2 minutes or until creamy.⠀
2. Beat in 1 cup powdered sugar. Add 2 Tablespoons heavy cream, 1 tsp vanilla, and a dash of salt. Beat on low speed until combined. ⠀
3. Gradually beat in 2 1/2 cups additional powdered sugar just until combined, add in Chocolate PBfit and cocoa powder. Beat on medium speed 5 minutes or until fluffy, scraping bowl. ⠀
4. Add 1-2 Tablespoon heavy cream beat on high 1 minute more until fluffy add more cream if frosting is too stiff.⠀

SPIDER DECORATION INSTRUCTIONS: ⠀
1. Fill a piping bag with frosting using a small round tip, make a circle of frosting in the center of the cookie and place 6 pieces of licorice around the cookie for legs. ⠀
2. Top the legs with more frosting in a circle. Pour sprinkles into a small bowl or plate. Dip the cookie into the bowl of sprinkles and gently press down so sprinkles stick to the frosting. ⠀
3. Place small dots of frosting for eyes and stick candy eyes to the spider body.

MUMMY DECORATION INSTRUCTIONS:⠀
1. Fill a piping bag with frosting using a small flat tip pipe stripes across cookies ¾ of the way on the cookie. ⠀
2. Place eyes on the frosting strip and gently press down so they stick. ⠀
3. Pipe frosting just across the top of the eyes and then finish piping stripes to the top of the cookie.⠀
