Pumpkin Spice Cinnamon Roll Bake
PBfit Pumpkin Spice Protein Cookies
|1 cup pumpkin puree|
|3/4 cup cane sugar|
|½ cup avocado oil|
|2 large eggs|
|1 1/2 cups flour|
|¾ cup PBfit Pumpkin Spice powder|
|2 tsp baking powder|
|1 tsp cinnamon|
|½ tsp salt|
|1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips|
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
Line cookie sheets with parchment paper or lightly grease the cookie sheet
In a bowl, combine pumpkin, sugar, oil, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
In a separate bowl, stir together the flour, PBfit Pumpkin Spice powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Add the dry flour mixture to the pumpkin mixture. Mix well. Add in the chocolate chips and stir until evenly combined.
Shape into medium-sized balls and put cookie dough on the prepared cookie sheets.
Bake for 12-15 minutes. Allow the cookies to cool slightly before removing them to a wire rack to cool completely.
