Ingredients

Add All Ingredients to Cart
1 cup sugar
4 oz butter (1 stick)
1 egg
1 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking soda
1 cup BBF oat flour blend (1 cup AP Flour)
½ cup PBfit Peanut Butter Powder
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions

Cream together sugar and butter.
Add in egg, peanut butter, and vanilla extract and continue creaming.
Combine dry ingredients together.
Add to the creamed mixture and mix until all the dry ingredients have been incorporated in. Fold in chocolate chips.
Scoop into desired size.
Roll in sugar and press down with your thumb.
Bake at 350 degrees for 11-12 minutes.
