Thai Peanut Sauce
No Bake Chocolate PBfit Pretzel Cookies
Ingredients
1 cup chocolate chips | |
½ cup PBfit Chocolate | |
¼ cup water | |
¼ cup quick oats | |
¾ cup crushed pretzels |
Directions
Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave. In a separate bowl combine PBfit, and water mix well then stir in oats. Fold oat mixture into melted chocolate then add crushed pretzels. Scoop into cookies and top pretzel if desired then drizzle with chocolate.
