¼ cup coconut flour | |
¼ cup sweetener of choice | |
4-5 Tbsp Water | |
For Rolling | |
1 tsp cinnamon | |
4 Tbsp sweetener of choice |
Directions
Combine PBfit, coconut flour, sweetener and stir to combine. Add water and continue to mix till a soft dough forms. Scoop into desired sizes. Combine in a small bowl cinnamon and sweetener. Roll protein bites into the cinnamon mixer. Refrigerate to firm up. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
