Pumpkin Spice Cinnamon Roll Bake
Cosmic Brownie Protein Bars
|1 1/4 cup PBfit|
|¾ cup water|
|1/2 cup chocolate protein powder|
|¼ cup cacao powder|
|2 Tbsp agave|
|½ cup almond flour|
|2 Tbsp coconut oil|
|pinch sea salt|
|For the topping|
|1/2 cup chocolate chips|
|1 tsp coconut oil|
|sprinkles (for topping)|
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
Add all ingredients except coconut oil to a large bowl and mix well until a sticky dough forms. Add in coconut oil and continue mixing until a dough forms
Press dough into a loaf pan. Let chill for 10 -15 minutes.
In a small bowl, add chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until fully melted. Pour and spread melted chocolate over bars.
Top with sprinkles and set in the freezer for 1-2 hours to set. Slice and enjoy— I love eating them straight from the freezer!
